"As a retiree, I moved to this state, to care for my first grandchild as my son and daughter-in-law returned to work. It never occurred to me that transferring my driver's license from one state to another would be so difficult. Due to a longstanding medical condition in one eye and despite a clean driving record, medical report after medical report from eye specialists confirming it was safe for me to drive, I was told, "You don't meet our vision standard, come back when you do." For well over a year, I kept returning requested information to no avail. Devastated not knowing what else to do, I scoured the internet until, by the grace of God, I ran across a case study on Bauer, Scanlon, & Wigginton's website concerning a medical appeal the firm had handled similar to mine. "This is my first google review so reader bare with me. Conor Wigginton represented my case which consisted of a dui in delaware county and also a parole violation in a different county, 2hrs away from DELCO where their Courts for GAGNON 1 & 2's are in my opinion stricter and so are the PO's too. I was looking at serious jail time consecutively between sentencing and a direct parole violation. The outcome for both my sentence and my parole violation was more than I hoped for. I credit all of this to Mr. Wigginton because of his expertise, adaptability, knowledge of law and his professional compassion. Anytime i contacted him personally or the firm I recieved a response from him right away. Mr. Scanlon and Mr. Bauer deserve recognition as well they helped me by their professionalism, kindness and knowledgable advice too. It was by coincidence that I heard about these guys and I am more than happy they represented me. Overall If youre in a bad spot legally like I was for a year and a half and need the best outcome this LLC is what you need. There's a reason why clients have given them 5 stars."
