"I waited almost 3 months for my appointment only to show up an find out that the person had given me the wrong appointment date. The receptionist at the office was very rude about the whole thing not even offering an apology. When I told her that I wanted to cancel the appointment and was finding a different doctor, she just rolled her eyes and said that they don't need patients like me (neurodivergent) anyway. Horribly unprofessional incompetent, anti-neurodiversity staff!"

"I’ve visited your Westchester branch in October 2024, their address is 8616 La Tijera Blvd #404, Los Angeles, CA 90045 I’ve never got my contact lens prescriptions. Never. You’re such a terrible company. You suck. How hard could if be write a prescription? I have visited your two different brances before and each time I couldn’t get contact prescriptions. Why do you accept patients if you can provide them? Both time they only gave glasses prescription which I didn’t want or require."

"The doctors are professional and provide excellent care, but the customer service staff is terrible. They don't speak Spanish and never answer your questions. When you try to ask, they tell you I don't speak Spanish and hang up. They don't let you know if my glasses are ready. It's almost a month and I'm traveling. We've tried using English, but they still don't answer."
