"The front desk staff were shockingly rude and unprofessional. Despite having a confirmed reservation, they dismissed me with hostility and simply pointed to a sign instructing me to call, all while clearly distracted by playing games on their phones. This behavior is unacceptable in any medical facility. The mobile app is completely ineffective it serves no purpose, as patients are forced to manually complete every step upon arrival regardless. In my case, I had to return twice in the same day, wasting hours of my time, only to face the same disrespectful and unhelpful staff. It is deeply concerning to think what might have happened if I had been dealing with a real emergency. Fortunately, it seems that the rest of the professionals at Mount Sinai do not share the same incompetence and lack of basic courtesy as the front desk employees. However, this experience raises serious questions about the quality of patient care starting at the very first point of contact."

"I’m not one to pull up maps and review, but everything from the service to the atmosphere to the food blew us away. We came for an anniversary dinner and the food for incredibly well seasoned, and perfectly cooked. As someone that doesn’t eat beef, it was a treat to try the lamb bolognese. It was hearty, savory, and the right amount of meaty. The potato gnocchi was melt in your mouth with textures and tastes layered throughout. The apricot pudding was absolutely something to write home about. 10/10."

"What can I say about Mt. Sinai in 300 w. cadman??.. ummm.. depending what you're going for i advise you to bring a book or maybe sure you have you're cell.. it maybe a long wait for no reason.. The people doing x rays could be a bit more gentle & understanding. If im getting a knee xray and tell you it hurt to much or I cant turn a certain way dont force my knee.. thats insane.. other then that their okay."
