"The lady who answers the call is very rude. I called to inquire about getting a lawyer. In the middle of what she was saying, I interrupted to ask a question. The lady rudely responded and told me not to interrupt her. I asked her so I can’t interrupt to ask a question and she rudely said no. I explained to her that she was being rude and she didn’t even apologize but continued to have an attitude with me and ended the call. I’ve spoken to customer service agents in the past and when I I interrupt to ask a question, they don’t cut me off, they allow me to ask a question and then continue. Or they would explain to me that they have to continue telling me what they’re saying and could ask a question when they’re done. There’s a way to speak with customers and this isn’t it. Very rude lady and poor customer service"

"No service, whether in person, by mail, by email or by telephone. They throw the ball from one side to the other. Nobody is responsible! Several recordings even show that the bar is not credible at all!"
