"second time working with them, don't know what happened, they had a month to do the paperwork, 2 days before the transaction they realize a document is missing and try to blame it on their client. asked for a summary of the transaction, it has passed 21 days and after sending reminders every week they always answer saying is going to be done before the end of the day and nothing happens, really disappointed, they leave everything at the last minute. their lack of accountability is really infuriating, scheduling a call 2 days before the sale of a house and realizing they didn't have everything they needed to sign is not ok, terrible experience. I'm still waiting for that summary..."

"I was referred to David in the estates department. I tried calling and setting up an appointment but never received a call back from him or his assistant. Not pleased at all."

"Disorganized and not especially competent. Failed to protect sensitive information from another client, failed to complete paperwork in a timely manner despite representing both parties. Clerk KT is absolutely clueless, yet has worked as a conveyancer since 2011? Thinks a screenshot off a computer email is proof of satisfying a mortgage. You had 10 months to figure it out sweetie. 🤦‍♀️ Thanks for finally sending me my title after I had to ask multiple times. Don’t waste your time or money"
