"I have been dealing with this firm since June 2024- it has been one of the worst experiences. They cannot bother to call you or communicate with you like you are an adult. Transparency is 0%. A good example of this is us calling our attorney multiple times for help, only to find out by calling the main office number that he hasn’t worked there for quite some time- no call, email or notification that our attorney would be leaving and we would need to forward communication to another attorney. The new guy won’t call us, either. Y’all… just run. A Tickle-me-Elmo could be better legal representation."

"Really poor customer satisfaction The Andrew assistant NEVER knows anything, she's like I don't know, I don't know, really!!! But for payment they call up to 3 times. Andrew he's never available, never returns calls same as assistant Get away from this people save yourself time, money, and peace"
