"Divorce is complicated and emotionally difficult under normal circumstances. My divorce was much more complicated and difficult than the average, with multiple issues against my favor. While at times I found Robert to be direct and confrontational, he told me the things I needed to hear as my world was in turmoil. He was efficient, with excellent legal perspective and strategy. He was not a fee churning lawyer, has a fantastic memory and was very efficient with my money. His paralegal was also very well organized and efficient. Unfortunately, the custody component of my divorce has moved to a new state and I have had to retain in state counsel. While early in the process, I notice a significant difference in professionalism. At the end of the divorce, it came to light that my wife spent about 3 times more on legal fees than I did and I think Robert did a much better job defending my interests than her lawyer did."

"Robert Farzad and amazing staff were a vibrant light at the end of what I thought was going to be a dark, rough road. Having to realize that I was a victim of domestic violence and my children victims of child abuse, was not an easy pill to swallow, but it was the truth. Robert spend countless hours with me, educating me about this road of restraining orders, child support, child custody and divorce that I was about to enter into. Robert is a straight shooter and never beat around the bush. He was genuinely concerned about the safety and well being of my children and myself. He’s an honest man and did not believe in spending unnecessary dollars where they weren’t going to matter. I was kept well informed by him and his paralegal every step of the way. I had heard a good lawyer is hard to find, lucky for me I found him on the first try. Robert Farzad and his powerhouse staff really do care. My children are young and I know this journey is it over BUT I do know that they are who I will return to in the future."

These are challenging times, especially for fathers in such situations. After carefully researching various aspects of family law, the petitioner's selection of legal counsel, and finding the best fit for my situation, the folks at Farzad and Ochoa simply hit the mark. From the first moment I had my consultation call with Mr. Farzad until the end of the process, their level of professionalism, organization, knowledge, and assertiveness gave me the assurance that I would have a fair fighting chance to be the father and mentor my two-year-old son deserves.
