"Possibly one of the worst experiences contacting an attorney I’ve seen. Secretary told My sister our meeting was cancelled there (confirmed on her phone she didn’t receive a text message as the individual working at the front desk had stated…likely due to a technical error on their antiquated scheduling application), but then refused to even allow us to even speak to the attorney we were supposed to meet with for a few minutes briefly despite never receiving a cancellation. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. While I’m sure the business itself will have a rebuttal, save yourself the time and find an attorney who treats their clients or any prospective client as human beings. Edit in response to owner response: clearly secretary replying who was exceptionally rude, no such text message was ever received. We offered to show you the phone and you declined to look. Also why would said prospective client show up to an appointment if they were in receipt of such message? And no, you are using antiquated CRM software and I literally saw you keeping a manual calendar and writing in appointments in it right next to your computer. Just another lie from this firm, just awful."

"Nick Azemika has been my one and only family law attorney; but I can confidently say that without him, my divorce and custody battle would have been MUCH more stressful. I think many attorneys over promise and under deliver, while Nick gives a conservative assessment of the situation, then the actual outcome ends up being better than projected. That was my experience with him anyway. Nick has been working in his field a long time and is very competitive. He simply hates losing. Tell him what your priorities are and let him do his work. He’ll listen to your ideas and will jump on anything good; but if he tells you something isn’t a good plan or good idea, it’s probably not. Trust that he knows what can work, what won’t work and what’s a waste of your time and money. Speaking of money, he bills fairly. You’ll know what his rates are for all his work right up front. You shouldn’t be surprised when you get your monthly bill. He doesn’t nickel and dime you and he doesn’t charge for frivolous activities. You’ll get the services you are paying for. There may be attorneys in town that charge more, but I can’t see any of them being better than Nick. He really was a great attorney to have. I’m REALLY glad he was my attorney instead of my ex’s. Having him on the opposing side would probably be a nightmare. I know my ex wished I had a different attorney. Lastly, if you are a shady person, I wouldn’t recommend retaining Nick. He’s a fighter but he’s honest and he’s not in the business of looking silly or slimy in the courtroom. So if you aren’t honest with him and it causes problems for your case, I’d imagine he’s probably going to drop you as a client. To sum it up, I’m very glad I had Nick represent me in my divorce and custody battle. I would definitely use him again if I needed to and I recommend him to anyone who may be in need of a family law attorney. Oh, and I shouldn’t forget to mention that Bridgette and Kim were always helpful and great to deal with as well!"
