He is a nice guy, easy to talk to, professional and he knows what he's doing. He tells it like it is and will not mislead you with false hopes. "Sometimes in life we make bad decisions, but we must correct them before someone gets hurt. Alcohol does that to people, changes your state of mind. When my path was clear, and I had completely refrained from drinking I called Mr. Shaun Marks. I was ashamed and nervous, but had to move forward in my life. He called me back right away and set up a meeting to hear my side. He assured me we will work through this together to get my license restored. His compassion is what sold me, I found the right lawyer. Shaun is straightforward and lets you know from the beginning that you have work to do. He guides you throughout the whole process and communicates the steps by the My Case portal or by phone. My first hearing went well. He explained to me prior to the hearing I would more than likely have a BAIID installed in my car for a year. That machine at first seems like an enemy, but becomes your lifeline. It proves to SOS that you are responsible and that driving is a privilege, not a given. My second hearing Shaun was again, a gem. He sent me a "Congratulations" your full license has been granted. He is a marvelous person, skillful, experienced, masterful and top notch. His help has changed my life and I am forever grateful to him. To those of you out there that have found yourselves in a similar situation I highly recommend Mr. Shaun Marks to take your case, he is a man of his word. "Shaun is a great attorney, easy to speak with, dependable, available, and understanding. With his skills and maybe a bit of luck, he got my charges reduced to the absolute minimum, beyond my expectations, and also minimized my driving restrictions somehow (still don't know how he did that). If you hire Shaun, make sure you do whatever he suggests before trial - he knows what he is doing. Highly recommended."
