"Sometimes in life we make bad decisions, but we must correct them before someone gets hurt. Alcohol does that to people, changes your state of mind. When my path was clear, and I had completely refrained from drinking I called Mr. Shaun Marks. I was ashamed and nervous, but had to move forward in my life. He called me back right away and set up a meeting to hear my side. He assured me we will work through this together to get my license restored. His compassion is what sold me, I found the right lawyer. Shaun is straightforward and lets you know from the beginning that you have work to do. He guides you throughout the whole process and communicates the steps by the My Case portal or by phone. My first hearing went well. He explained to me prior to the hearing I would more than likely have a BAIID installed in my car for a year. That machine at first seems like an enemy, but becomes your lifeline. With his skills and maybe a bit of luck, he got my charges reduced to the absolute minimum, beyond my expectations, and also minimized my driving restrictions somehow (still don't know how he did that).
