Ashley graduated from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2019, and went on to pass the bar as a first-time test taker. Ashley has a strong passion for Family and Criminal law and began her legal career as an intern at the Genesee County Courthouse in the Criminal/Civil Division, before moving on to become a Judicial Law Clerk for the Family Division – after which she entered practice and went on to establish Birka Law PLLC.

"I’ve only ever had to hire 1 other layer in my life when I was 16, and when I was looking around for help with my divorce and a few other legal matters I got a recommendation from a good friend of mine to call Ashley at birka law and my experience has been phenomenal absolutely 10/10 she has gone above and beyond for everything I’ve had to go through the last 2 months even responding to concerns on weekends, you genuinely will not find someone better then Ashley, I seen her nail down my ex in court it was like something out of a movie, she works hard and fast and she’s persistent, stop reading this review and just call her now.
