"Horrible, I mixed up the day of my appointment and a man called me to tell me that since I didn't attend the appointment and I didn't notify him, which I couldn't because I thought it was another day and they never called to confirm the appointment, that I should look for another lawyer in a very rude and unpleasant tone and without letting me speak, he hung up on me very badly. At this moment I am very happy that I did not attend my appointment, how rude."
