"Dr Patel is great - kind, helpful and has been trying to help me figure out an issue with my hips that came up last year. I would easily give him five stars since I think he's wonderful. Sadly his office staff rarely returns calls and because there isn't a patient portal (and they use an overseas answering service so you are never calling his office directly) it's very difficult to be able to ask any questions - especially right before or after a scheduled procedure."
