About:
Arielle Capuano’s practice is focused almost exclusively on divorce, custody, and family law matters. Her family law experience ranges from uncontested divorces to complex divorces, high asset divorces, paternity cases, custody cases, relocation cases, modifications, enforcement and contempt, and domestic violence. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Arielle obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising & Public Relations from the University of Central Florida. Graduating near the top of her class, Arielle received her Juris Doctor Degree from Florida International University College of Law, where she was actively involved in the leadership of the Board of Advocates, the Negotiation Team, and other student associations. Before co-founding Levinson & Capuano, Arielle gained significant practical and courtroom experience at a small family law firm and then a general practice law firm. Arielle stays active in the local community, serving as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Voices for Children of Broward County, and actively participating in and supporting other local charitable and professional associations. Arielle understands the time-sensitive and delicate nature of family law issues, especially when dealing with such significant matters as parental kidnapping, supervised visitation, relocation, and substance abuse. She takes pride in her ability to navigate a client through difficult and emotionally-charged issues, while always remaining focused on what is best for the client and the client’s children. Arielle offers her clients an unwavering commitment to professionalism, representing her clients’ interests fiercely from the inception of the litigation, through discovery, negotiations, mediation, and trial.
