"Honestly, don’t do business with them. They are taking the little life out Downtown has. They have a property in Santa Clara, CA. We’ve learned that they evicted a long time business tenant, refused to negotiate a post-pandemic fair market rate with them, and rented the space before being done with negotiations. Also a few years ago they kicked out another business yet said space remains empty."
