I am a family law attorney at Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, P.C. in New Jersey. My practice is devoted to handling various aspects of divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence issues. I currently serve as a Trustee for the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey and am also on the Board of the Association of Latino Professionals of America--New Jersey. I earned a dual Juris Doctor and Master of Arts from the Seton Hall University Schools of Law and Diplomacy. New Jersey State Parole, 273 A.3d 426 (2022) and successfully secured asylum for a client escaping political persecution. "Do not use this law firm unless you want a team of people that will take your money and not do what you pay them for. Shame on you, Patty. She got promoted after I had hired her and stuck me with the new girl on maternity leave who did absolutely nothing for me. She did take my money and would answer my emails after payments but $20,000 for a motion and now they want an additional $17,000? And nothing has changed. These people are straight up criminals which is why they have such a poor reviews. Always read reviews my friends! The good ones need to stick together. This law firm needs to be shut down. Shame on them. I am deeply saddened by the heartlessness of this office."

"Dennis and the team here was Incredibly patient, professional, and expedient with the whole process. I hear horror stories of people waiting years for things to process. This was not the case here. I felt the entire time, I was being fiercely fought for. There were a few points where I wasn't sure I was going to get all the money I thought I would to recoup my losses, but I was constantly reassured that I would get every penny. I did."
