About:
I am a family law attorney at Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, P.C. in New Jersey. My practice is devoted to handling various aspects of divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence issues. I currently serve as a Trustee for the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey and am also on the Board of the Association of Latino Professionals of America--New Jersey. I often present on topics related to domestic violence and family law litigation, including CLEs with the Practising Law Institute, Lawline, Quimbee, American Association of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), and myLawCLE. I earned a dual Juris Doctor and Master of Arts from the Seton Hall University Schools of Law and Diplomacy. During my time there, as a clinical student, I played a significant role in the amicus brief for the Center for Constitutional Rights in the case of Acoli v. New Jersey State Parole, 273 A.3d 426 (2022) and successfully secured asylum for a client escaping political persecution. Upon graduating, I was recognized by the Clinical Legal Education Association for my significant contributions to the University’s clinical programs. Before my current position, I clerked in the New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part, where I focused on researching and drafting legal opinions for matrimonial and domestic violence cases. Since 2022, I have been honored as a family law “Rising Star” by Thomson Reuters. View More ›
