"DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Took my child here to see Dr Jackie Schwarz for his first appointment after birth. Would not return under any circumstances; I would rather trust google and my own judgment than this office and their providers. I brought my child in on a Tuesday for a regular visit; I also brought in a diaper due to a reddish / brown hue in his urine; it appeared bloody. My husband and I expressed our concerns about this to Dr Schwarz and she brushed it off, assumingly because we’re “paranoid first parents” not even looking at the diaper, straight to the garbage it went. Long story short, we ended up in th ER early Wednesday morning; our child had Hemmorhagic Disease. With blood in his urine... Our child almost died. 7 days and $127,000 later, he’s a healthy baby boy. Had this doctor not brushed off our concerns maybe we could have skipped the ER visit; or at least the near death aspect of the visit. Providers should trust parental instinct and pay attention to the concerns they have. This practice is shameful."

"I could not have asked for a better pediatrician. As first time parents, we have had our fair share of panicked phone calls and they are always so kind, patient, and get us in when we need to be seen. We have seen every doctor at the practice and have amazing things to say about all of them. We are so grateful for them and could not imagine going anywhere else. We brag about them all the time!"

"Dr. Jen Cull is the best. Being first time parents to a newborn definitely has its challenges, but Dr Cull is really enthusiastic about parenting and pediatrics. She focuses on both the needs of the child and the parents, and she encourages parents to do what they think is best (to a certain degree of course). 5/5 stars, our little baby girl loves Dr. Cull and the practice."

"Never taking my sons here again. My 4 month old infant has pneumonia and it went undiagnosed for two whole months at this clinic. No one was able to tell me he had severe inflammation in his lungs top and bottom left to right with pneumonia even after having an X-ray done. He has been struggling to breathe for two months he could have lost his life. His oxygen has dropped infront of my eyes. He has had severe respiratory distress he was breathing 65 breaths per minute and normal is up to 30-45 for a baby his age. He was showing all signs of respiratory distress for weeks and this clinic was not able to help me . They didn’t give me any antibiotics or any medications that could help my son they kept telling me it’ll pass. I went to a pediatric pulmonologist only then was he able to finally provide help and care for my son. He reordered X-rays of my son’s chest and neck and said he wants to read them himself because he himself knew how incompetent other doctors are and he was right. All this was going on and I was rushing in and out of the hospital with my infant for tests and procedures every other day (he had a barium swallow study also that needed to be completed) and forgot about his regular pediatric appointment at this awful clinic which was the same day as his barium swallow. I didn’t call them to let them know that I needed to cancel because it was the last thing on my mind when my child is struggling by to breathe and is having respiratory distress every few hours. They charged me a 50 dollar late fee per child and called me to let me know. I ignored the call because I had far more emergent matters going on. They have since texted me/called me, reminding me of this $100 late fee balance every other day. I called the office today because my sick infant had not received his four month vaccines yet due to me missing the appointment and I want to prevent any further illness to my child and wanted him vaccinated so I called the office to make an appointment for him and the office had the audacity to tell me I have to pay the $100 late fee before they can schedule an appointment for my infant. My sick 4 month old infant with pneumonia who had been fighting for his life, fighting to breathe because of the incompetent doctors and rude staff at this clinic. Save your child’s life and do not go here. They are not doing their job. No one here has any empathy and they are so rude"

"My husband and I recently switched our kids from northwestern to Arlington Pediatrics when we welcomed baby #2, and we could not be more happy and relieved we made the switch. Every staff member at Arlington Pediatrics has been extremely responsive, kind and knowledgeable. We are able to call the office and speak to a nurse right away with any questions, and get a same day sick appointment, if needed. My 5 week old son recently was in and out of the ER with a fever, and everyone at Arlington Pediatrics was responsive, supportive, and followed him along until he was healthy again. We have had the best experiences so far and appreciate all the staff at the practice from the front desk, to the nurses, to the providers. 5 stars is not enough!!!"
