About:
My approach to each family law case is specifically tailored to the needs of each client. Some cases require aggressive litigation, while other times, settlement is the best (and cheapest) choice for all involved. As your attorney, you can expect me to give you guidance based on the law, and to be transparent with you about your options. My role is to advise you, but not to make decisions for you. I enjoy partnering with my clients to get them their desired outcome. I am also very responsive to client communication. I pride myself on keeping you updated - daily when needed - on the goings-on in your case. It is my job to demystify the litigation process, and help you acheive your legal goals.

"Berkeley Therapy saved my life. Dr. Richard Levine, really. But he has been with Berkeley Therapy for many years. I started seeing Dr. Levine in 1995 in Newbridge in North Berkeley. As an ex junkie and having had anxiety and chronic mild depression my whole life, I can say that I would most likely be dead had I not received help from Dr. Levine and Berkeley Therapy. I believe it is easy for people in need of psychiatric and psychological assistance to get desperate, focus on clerical items, no show charges for missed visits, etc., & not truly appreciate the help being offered. Dr. Levine supported me through addiction, depression, anxiety, Crohn's disease flare-ups, & beyond. I am 50 years old & I met him in 1995 at 22. Words can not express how grateful I am for him & for Berkeley Therapy. They have been a force in the Bay Area, and I have seen them help so many people heal, get their lives back & forge ahead. Anyway. If you are in need of psychiatric or psychological assistance, do yourself a favor & obtain support and help here. Again, I have only worked with Dr. Levine, but if he is the bar, then it doesn't go higher than him. Cheers!!"

"Avoid this place like the plague! Unless you want to waste your precious time stay away from even TRYING too make an appt to see one of these providers? The setup is horrible, you must give so much detailed info on some website before seeing someone in person , and of course the most important thing they want to know is your insurance coverage. I think they're in the wrong business, (mental health) they are more suited for Wall street, profits only, no attention to patients and they're well being. Terrible a place like this is allowed to operate in this State in such a sensitive and important field as mental health."
