About:

I have been a resident of the Sarasota area for most of my life, attended Pine View School, and am fluent in Spanish. Upon obtaining my law degree, I knew I wanted to return to the Sarasota County area and started work immediately as an Assistant State Attorney in Sarasota County, where I worked as a misdemeanor and juvenile prosecutor for several years. Since leaving the prosecutor’s office, I have practiced in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, family law, domestic violence and criminal defense. My practice is focused on all aspects of the firm’s family law matters, including but not limited to: dissolution of marriage and paternity actions; establishment or modification of child support, alimony, custody/timesharing; the defense or prosecution of contempt/enforcement actions; and relocation.

"Didn’t have the best experience with Dan Yuter. Didn’t respond to emails/calls/etc. Nice person, but just seemed I was paying to keep in contact with a pin pal. Sean called me right back and was able to refund me. Advised said lawyer is not working there any further. Sent my money back immediately and very appreciative of that."
