"I called for a consult and the man I spoke with sounded miserable and bothered by my questions. If I’m going to spend my hard earned money on an attorney, at least pretend to sound helpful. He wasn’t even the attorney so I can only imagine the attitudes of everyone else. The receptionist was nice though so that earned one star."

"It was just disappointing- the only way I can describe dealing with this firm after one of the worst events in my life. There were two people we communicated with at the beginning that were supposed to be a team- however, they wouldn’t communicate with one another or help us with things we’d ask for help with, and it ultimately left us high and dry on a multitude of issues because they’d say they’d get things done or resolved and wouldn’t. Edit- it was 2 stars, but I have to reduce to 1. We’ve been calling our lawyer only to find out today by calling the main number that he hasn’t worked there. No clue who our “new attorney” is, no one has called or emailed to introduce themselves? Just a stunning lack of communication. I wish I could go back in time and choose ANYONE else. A walnut with googly eyes could be more helpful than the people at this firm."

"I called Miller Law office and a young man answer the phone and I was just trying to find out the estate planning prices if a paralegal or someone in his office would call and this young man that answered the phone several times was very rude and he wanted all these personal information on me and I told him several times didn't feel comfortable giving him all that until I know the fee very unprofessional"

"Disorganized. They have a pos system and everything has to be rung up by its proper number, which is fine, but half the store isn’t labeled or improperly labeled. I ended up leaving without what I needed cuz I was running late for work and they couldn’t find the item’s code. I’m all for shopping and supporting local businesses, but if you are drastically over priced and make it more difficult than driving half an hour to a big box store, I’d rather just go to the big box store."
