"If you’re looking for an attorney in North Carolina to vacate an eviction judgment, I highly recommend Andrew Gordon. After months of struggling to find someone who even understood Rule 60(b) motions and eviction defense, Andrew got it done. He filed the motion to vacate, got the judge to sign the order, and even followed up with the clerk to ensure my record showed the involuntary dismissal clearly. This was a summary ejectment case I thought would follow me forever but thanks to Andrew, I now have a clean record and can finally move forward with housing. He was responsive, professional, and truly cared about the outcome. If you need help removing an eviction from your record in North Carolina, this is the attorney to call."

"It was a pleasure working with Andrew and his staff. Andrew was very patient with me and understanding he explained the entire process in great detail. This was my first time dealing with a landlord/tenant case and even though it's not a quick trial we got through it and Andrew won my case. He's easy to get in touch with as well as his staff and his price for representation is reasonable and affordable 👌 I am grateful for having Andrew by my side and I highly recommend his services!"
