"I went here to receive therapy from one of the Psychologist’s here. At first it was great, I was told 120-150$ a session for my husband and I and they offered evening slots, was originally going to pay out of pocket due to the cost being reasonable. Our therapist was nice and outgoing. After the first 5 appointments my therapist told me there was a balance of over 900$ I had to pay because if I didn’t then she couldn’t get paid. I thought that was an outrageous amount therefore decided to add insurance. I got the impression from my therapist that she was upset that we were using insurance. So a week goes by my insurance processes and I asked my therapist when to schedule the next session, no reply. I waited a few days and asked again, no reply. I waited a week and asked one more time and still no reply. She told me in previous sessions she will text us to set up appointments. She finally gets back to me a few days after my last message and stated that she is now booked past April and due to my “non payment”. I’m extremely disappointed and honestly feel taken advantage of as a patient. To basically say you can’t take a patient now because they are using insurance and you “didn’t get paid” is sickening. I even sent her the screenshots of my insurance paying and me paying. I would have never come here if I knew this is how they treat people."
