"During a stressful, sad, and chaotic time, I was given guidance, support, and valid information. I was guided in the information they needed, timelines for the process, and supported on the decisions I had to make. I was given respect, empathy, and prompt responses to questions. I trusted the information given to me about the laws and process with high regard. I liked that I had expectations and was given the freedom to make decisions about my case. If you have a case that they can provide the service for, I highly recommend them. It was a relief to have them run the show."
