"Morgan (one that's getting licensed) is a joke. Please, don't go to this place and save yourself some time. Their receptionists take forever to respond too. Bailed on me last minute, after I was set and ready to go with my appt. Get yourself a real professional, not some student. Update: They replied, so I am going to add more detail. I had my appt for today later in the afternoon. The forms got sent to them last night. They never did communicate they have a deadline for receiving them. At most places, insurance can be checked in a matter of minutes, but not here. Apparently 6 hours is not enough time to check if you take it or not. As for me, I had major surgery recently and also communicated that to "Morgan" so for her to bail on me via a phone message is so unprofessional. It's a pretty darn good reason and she could have been more understanding of my condition. They had all day today to check that insurance, instead this "trauma specialist" ran off and hid in the bushes. The real reason - she needs more training so she cherry picks her clients. 0 stars if I could. I regret spending a minute of my time on this rookie, nothing but marketing and zero result, shame on you. My gut told me she is full of it, and I should have listened but I fell for the nice speech of her supposed desire to help people go thru hard times. I am going thru that as I type it, and she could care less."
