"I have gone to a number of concerts at Colvin House. The music has been wonderful; I have seen Chicago Mule, Jutta and the Hi-Dukes, Chicago Dogs, Bob Gerics, and three performances by The Parting Glass Trio. At intermission, you can go on a tour of Colvin House, and see the gorgeous staircase, the funky purple bathroom, the staircase to nowhere, the room with the arched ceiling, and the speakeasy in the basement. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. If you want to see great local music in a beautiful, unique setting, I highly recommend this place."
