"I absolutely love this property! I toured with Alyssa, and she was fantastic. So knowledgeable, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The amenities, especially the gym and library, really stand out. The apartments are incredibly spacious, and the location couldn’t be better. I would highly recommend this community to anyone searching for their next home."

"I moved here a few months ago and it has been absolutely lovely. The leasing team, Chelsea, Alyssa & Roberto, are a joy to work with. They are quick problem solvers and will go the extra mile to ensure you feel safe and secure here at the Brigham. The maintenance team, Carl, Max, Matt & Julls are always out & about fixing our community. They are always friendly when passing by & are quick responders to any work orders I’ve placed. They work diligently & efficiently. I would rate them a 10/5 if I could."

"I’ve lived at Brigham Apartments for almost 18 years, and I want to recognize Chelsea Gilley, our community manager. She is by far one of the best managers this property has had. Chelsea is respectful, approachable, and always takes time to listen to residents. Even when I once expressed frustration unfairly, she responded with patience, kindness, and professionalism — qualities she shows every day. She consistently treats residents with dignity and makes this community feel like home. With my own background in real estate and property management, I know how rare it is to find someone who can balance corporate policies with genuine care for residents. Chelsea does this exceptionally well, and Brigham Apartments is a much better place to live because of her."
