"Myself and my codefendant were charged with multiple felonies for suspected fraud crimes involving a car crash. (We committed NO crimes!) We were unsure of what to do when we got a letter from the police saying we had to be in court. After frantically searching for and calling ALL the lawyers in the Sacramento area we felt defeated. Everyone wanted at least 12 thousand dollars to take our case. It wasn't until we found Mr. Chan and spoke with him, that he agreed to help us for a fraction of the cost everyone else proposed to us. He took on our case and followed through with it until it was over. The end result of our case left us with no charges whatsoever and nothing on our records. He communicated with us anytime I had any questions and concerns. He had representation for us on every court date. He was understanding and showed us respect. Most importantly he gave us peace of mind!! Can't thank him and his associates enough!! Money well spent."

"This guy used to be a prosecutor. He is very good at helping defendants prove themselves over the course of time patterns of behavior that a public defender just can't offer. His drawback for me was that he was so busy and we had conflicting schedules, so it was difficult to maintain communication. Otherwise, he's an outstanding lawyer. Very good reputation in court from what I gather."
