"Edit: I cannot in good faith recommend Allan, especially seeing how other attorneys are, the lengths they will go without asking for more money, etc to ensure you know they genuinely care. I’ve been told by Allan (all documented) to change reviews several times. Initially I lowered it from 5 to 3’stars and said that I was waiting to see how things play out. Before I finalized a review. But the only time Attorney Friedman has shown some effort and time on my case since I initially retained him, was when I updated my review. Keep that aspect in mind. Due to him failing to care? He helped ruin my case, but will give 100 excuses. I have been reminded constantly of my review and was asked to take it down once it changed. After his failure to respond for months, which is one of many reasons I initially changed my review. Only then did he “care.” I believe he is a good attorney, when he actually cares. Hopefully you’re one of those people who he does care about. I switched attorneys last minute recently which is always risky…but because Allan did not have my best interests in mind nor did he ever go above and beyond like he claims he does. He loves money and sitting not having to do anything. God forbid you have an issue on a holiday? I had one Easter weekend and I was berated by him even though being served a subpoena wasn’t my fault. He hated he missed a lunch since he actually had to do something. If you have a simple matter? Take your chance. But it seems he’s not the powerhouse attorney he used to be if there’s any complexity to your case. But he sure does love money. Each review I have written/update are below. If you’re vulnerable, I especially urge you to use great caution. 5 star Review retracted I had written months ago. Cares more about money than your case. Will put you on the back burner and just ask for more money. Never gives complete answers and will likely not even have your phone number on record anymore, and dodge your emails for months. I’ll be shocked if he doesn’t get this review removed to avoid taking responsibility for his numerous, neglectful actions. *Note: I’ve been asked to remove my 1 star review and promised a variety of things related to my ongoing case. None of which has happened. Due to the fact that Attorney Friedman’s lack of action, the outcome of my case that’s been ongoing for 4 years has been immensely affected. If he’d done his job? My 5 star review would still apply. Empty promises don’t work. Actual action does. Original: I speak from the standpoint of someone that has and still is using this firm for a case where I am actually a victim in a DV case. I retained Attorney Friedman for advice, to help guide me through the process of a court case such as one I’ve been involved in, and to speak on my behalf since I was and still am a victim of domestic violence. To say Attorney Friedman truly cares, is an understatement. I went through some immense medical issues this past year, and when I went back through communication to see where my case still stood since I’d been in a coma…I was reminded of all Attorney Friedman had done for me this fur despite many court date continuances, etc. The communication shows he’s a person that doesn’t just care about money. He truly cares about cases he’s involved with and has a personality that allows you to feel more at ease despite stressful circumstances. My case was a mess prior-I had retained another firm and they were the definition of a firm that is only looking for money. Never mind the fact court had half their information wrong regarding my case and improper contact info. Attorney Friedman swiftly cleared it up, told me exactly what information he needed/I needed to provide, wrote a letter on my behalf for a court date, and did/has done so much more. You often don’t think you need a lawyer if a state is prosecuting someone-but I highly recommend you speak with attorney Friedman if you want a chance at any sort of justice regarding a criminal case. Even if you aren’t the person on trial."

"After three years of frustration and wasted money with a previous attorney, Attorney Friedman completely turned my case around. My case was over 20 years old and had been sitting idle while I paid an attorney hourly who never made real progress. I traveled (out of state) multiple times to appear in court, only for the case to be continued again and again. The final straw was when I called that attorney to ask if they would be in court and they simply said they weren’t going. They didn’t tell me what I should do, so I didn’t go either. That resulted in a warrant being issued for my arrest, all while I was still dealing with the original charge. Then I hired Attorney Friedman, and everything changed! In just a matter of weeks, he got the warrant vacated, arranged for a FINAL remote court appearance, and ultimately had my charge reduced to a misdemeanor. I didn’t even have to appear in person. He was kind, compassionate, and incredibly efficient. He always ended our calls with “God bless,” and he truly meant it. After three years and over $46,000 wasted with the wrong lawyer, Attorney Friedman brought me peace of mind and results in just a few short weeks! If you’re facing a criminal case, don’t wait, call Attorney Friedman. He’s the real deal!!!"
