"I was looking for helpful representation on my case for a custody battle so I went to my AZ lawyers, and it has been the most awful experience. I looked at their reviews online and thought they would be great and it was the complete opposite. They handed me off to a lawyer named Katie Sharky, who is very hard to get a hold of every time I spoke to her on the phone. She knew nothing about my case after I had turned in everything she requested she kept dodging all my phone calls. The front office kept dodging all my phone calls. they allowed so much time to go by that all my deadlines are past due so I had to hire a new lawyer now they’re refusing my refund and it is so hard to get my money back after they did no work they lied to me and said that they were filing for an extension they had me take another parenting class that wasn’t even needed because I already had taken it in 2019 so I hired a new lawyer. Her name is Mandy Heming. She is great. I worked with her before on the same case and was able to keep my parenting time, exactly as it was nothing changed. She helped me win the case the last time so if you guys are looking for wonderful representation go to Mandy hemming at Genasis law she is the best. I highly recommend her these people at my Arizona lawyers Katie Sharky awful to work with and they will not do a good job. They will not do the work that they promised that they would deal and it’s just been a terrible terrible experience. They made me cry and stressed out so bad please do not go to them. Please do not go to them. You’ll be highly disappointed."

"I retained there services specifically Bryce but he put KJ on it. they took my money $1600 and all they did was send a letter on my behalf that i wasnt even aware of till after it was sent. Then got upset with me for calling to follow up on my case. They more or less said now just wait for the statute of limitations to run its course. All the reserch I have done says this is not an option. I cant get into the detail because the case is still unresolved."
