"Professionalism 1/5- Alice was in the middle of a Zoom Court Session and was texting about moving since she was 'in the middle of moving and it was important'.. not sure why she would schedule something personal on a date which she was being paid to do a job. Often, she seemed vastly unprepared and left the client in the dark on many issues; then blamed him for a poor outcome when he eventually took matters in his own hands due to her neglect of the job. Personality 1/5- The signed contract states the full payment isn't due until (I believe) 60 days after conclusion. However, in one meeting she accused him of spending money on gifts instead of paying her, then asked me why I couldn't pay his bill for him. In addition, she often came across as short and rude when discussing matters. After much discussion, she did work with him at the very end on the payment. Reachability 5/5- Reaching the office was easy, and when he called she would answer. The issue (as noted above) would be her reaching out about advancements in the case. Overall it was a poor decision to go with this firm. I don't like to bash companies, but when you pay for a service and it is so poorly met, it needs to be known. There are other examples that back this rating, yet these are the ones that stood out the most."
