"TIME SENSITIVE DEAL: Fist off, they said they were busy with month end and can't get my title transferred. Ok fine. Then 3 weeks later I email and no response. Then I call next day and she tells me she was off for a week" still missing a week" then, she sends a withhold letter till I pay in full, which is close to closing time. I get payment to them, and she finally sends paperwork, again at closing time. Which it was missing a key signature place, which they were all busy or gone for the day. Luckly sitting at a lawyers here, a lady was able to correct. Send by carrier and finally have confirmation that it's submitted. I cannot stress enough if you a other option, don't go to them. Oh yah. I also called to complain about lack of fiduciary duties and the owner would not even call me back. I'd take stars from them if I could. Time sensitive means nothing to them."
