"Hiring Jenna DeMartino (Juris #441922) was, regrettably, one of the most disappointing decisions I’ve made in seeking legal representation. I felt profoundly let down by her handling of my family law case. Although Ms. DeMartino initially appeared caring and competent, my experience revealed what I believe was a troubling lack of understanding regarding family law and the constitutional rights afforded to me—particularly under the 14th Amendment. At several critical junctures, I felt misrepresented and unsupported. In my opinion, Ms. DeMartino failed to uphold the ethical and professional standards that are expected within the legal profession. I strongly urge others to seek alternative legal counsel, especially when dealing with sensitive, high-stakes matters such as family law."

"Going through divorce is an existentially stressful process, including facing significant financial risk until, if and when, a settlement is achieved. One can feel brutalized and overwhelmed by the process. I am not exaggerating to say I might not have got through the process - and successfully so - without my lawyer, Kevin Brown of the law firm: Needle | Cuda. In order to mentally handle the divorce process, you need to be able to TRUST your lawyer. Not only did I grow to trust Kevin, but he prepared me mentally and emotionally for each stage of the process. More importantly, while the process feels impersonal, Kevin fought for and was in complete alignment with with my specifically enumerated goals. I came to learn that Stamford Superior Court is known as a "money-punishing" Court. Kevin navigated me to a more than fair outcome, including ring-fencing a portion of my assets from the settlement - which is a challenge under CT law. Quite simply I will be forever grateful to Kevin Brown. The Needle | Cuda Team does all its work with excellence."
