We had the amazing opportunity to work with Jenna to help us close on our adoption with our baby girl! "They waited until I had drove over an hour and a half to an appointment that I had booked a week prior to tell me they didnt accept my insurance and canceled the appointment. Genuinely terrible customer service, zero lack or care for patients time and health. And overall just a deceitful business. Be careful booking with this clinic because they may pull the rug from under you whenever they feel like it."

"Dr. LU-MYERS and her staff were amazing. Certainly I was in an uncomfortable situation and she worked with extreme precision, fast but not sloppy with my overall well being as her top concern my entire surgery. If I could give 10 stars I would, Amazing!!!"

"Incredibly unaccommodating practice I have been to. Employees giving shots are milling around and chit chatting while patients are waiting for their shots forever. Wish there was a different practice I can go to."

"The doctor gave me oral instructions for using drops in my ears, but wrote the prescription for nasal spray. I was confused and returned the nasal spray to the pharmacy. I still have not received any communication from the office after contacting them in person. I plan to contact my primary physician for another referral for my hearing test that is scheduled."
