"I contacted this firm and the consultation was GREAT, but a few weeks later I was ready to hire a lawyer for their services and I never received a call back. I tried using the chat a few days later but I didn't get an answer after the first initial hello, so I tried following up with an email after the chat disconnected from waiting. This isn't the professionalism I would expect from a law firm. I had settled that I wanted to use their services but had to search for a lawyer elsewhere."

"I had reached out to Vanessa Garcia and heard back within 30 minutes, she was very professional from the beginning right till the end. She was very informative, easy to talk to and she truly takes the time to not only hear your story, but really get to know you as a person. I felt very comfortable around Vanessa and I really don’t know how I would have gotten two criminal charges taken care of without her. Thank you so much Vanessa"
