"We cannot get mother’s records and doctor has faxed over and we also called three times and left messages since she moved. Unbelievable ! Happy she is now in a more upscale facility and provider! This is irresponsible and inconsiderate for elderly care!"

"If you're looking for a kind, caring place of business, this is not where you want to receive health care. If you are over 5 minutes late they will completely cancel your appointment and your doctor will see someone else. Every time we call on the phone they send the phone call over to some kind of phone tree instead of the main office. And if you have to miss an appointment, heaven help you because they'll give you a ridiculous time frame and they'll tell you they're booked months in advance. But then your friend calls and requests an appointment with the same doctor and somehow they can take them next week. oddly enough only like an hour after you call the first time. They have the sick little way of punishing you when they think you've messed up. It's like the staff have a vendetta against people. They used to be so good but now they're lack of compassion is cruel and unprofessional. Life happens people miss appointments and are late. Late once every few months should be okay. Late three appointments in a row and over 10 minutes is a problem. I get it, you have a business to run but I am of the opinion that if you're running a healthcare business you should actually care about people and their health. My whole family of 10 patients have left this practice. Treat more people like dirt and this will be your fate."

"BEWARE! Dr. Emily Watson should have her license revoked! I have been seeing her for 4 + years and I have not once had a positive experience with her. 2 years ago I had pneumonia and had fainting spells. When I addressed my concerns for extreme dizziness with her she dismissed me with having some left over congestion that was causing the dizziness. Turns out I had a brain tumor. The last straw was when I needed a referral to a cardiologist, she came in the room and spent exactly 45 seconds with me. Gave me the referral and left. After this I went to see a new GP who upon looking at my records determined my calcium was at a higher level than normal for the last two years. I was NOT given that information by Emily Watson. The new doctor was concerned and has ordered new bloodwork panels to find out why I’ve had high calcium levels for the past 2 years. This is medical negligence on her part. She took an OATH when receiving her medical license to cause NO HARM. Clearly she has forgotten that oath. How can she sleep at night when she is not giving proper patient care. I wouldn’t trust her with my life."
