"As a grandmother deeply concerned about child welfare, I attempted to share important evidence of abuse concerns with Attorney Adam Haba’s office. I personally mailed a packet of documents for his review. Later, in open court, Mr. Haba stated under oath that he did not read the materials and even testified that he discarded the packet in the garbage out of fear it might contain poison. In my view, this illustrates a troubling disregard for evidence in a case involving children’s safety. Families entrust attorneys and the courts to consider all relevant information carefully, not to dismiss it without review. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this attorney for matters where child protection and thorough examination of evidence are critical. This review reflects my personal experience and opinion as protected under the First Amendment."

"I was completely lost on what legal matters I needed to take after my mom passed. No will was on file, which made filing probate look so intimidating just to address the creditors. Maria came highly referred, and I now know first hand why. She is professional, polite, comfortable to work with, and explains everything throughly. It's now my turn to highly recommended hiring her and the law firm for your legal needs."

"This is my personal experience and opinion, protected under the First Amendment. I was involved in a family court case in Lee County, Florida, where attorneys Maria Bryant, Lisa Haba, and Adam Haba represented the opposing party. In my opinion, their litigation tactics contributed to prolonged family separation and unnecessary emotional harm. Despite efforts to engage in reunification, discovery, and resolution, I encountered what I believe to be deliberate legal obstruction, retaliatory filings, and coordinated use of the court process to restrict my parental rights without proper evidentiary hearings. Attempts to expose this conduct through legal filings have been met with hostility and even judicial orders that sought to silence my criticism. As a result, I am preparing formal complaints to The Florida Bar and exploring a federal civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. In my view, this firm exemplifies how family law can be weaponized for profit at the expense of justice, transparency, and children’s well-being. I urge others to proceed with caution and to research your rights if you believe you are experiencing similar legal abuse. This review contains only my truthful personal experiences and constitutionally protected opinion, and is not intended to harass, defame, or intimidate any individual or firm."
