"After being given the runaround for about a week on a matter that should’ve — and could’ve — been handled quickly, I had voicemails go unreturned and was then told I’d have to call the lawyer at a specific time and place. Maybe that’s how you run your practice, but usually, potential clients aren’t treated like an inconvenience. Based on your responses to bad reviews, it seems anyone you treat this way never becomes your client — which makes it easy to respond by saying they were never a client in the first place. I apologize that my small, yet complex, quitclaim deed didn’t come with an amazing commission. Again, maybe this is just how you run your practice. My frustration came out in one word of profanity — after being told my case would be handled either this week or next, only to be told I couldn’t jump to the front of the line of quitclaim filings. Apparently, there are a lot of people in the area filing quitclaim deeds, and after trying all week to get scheduled, I got the message loud and clear: my case wasn’t a priority. So yes, I was frustrated, and yes, I said a word I probably shouldn't have. But I think anyone in my position would feel the same way. Best of luck with the big commission cases and high-value closings. 👍🏻"

"Unprofessional, not responsive to client and their. Communicated via email for a week before actually getting someone to talk to, got resistance and made to feel like my concerns were not valuable enough to meet their standards. USE SOMEONE ELSE"

"I would NOT recommend this law firm. Lawyer was unprepared for trial. Spent hours on the phone padding his bill to do trial readiness than didn't ask 80% of the question talked about; even asked the wrong questions to us. He was not vocal in the trial and barely payed attention to our answers. The other lawyer mopped the floor with him. Never got our case across. Than received an enormous bill...travel & expenses. I would rate him in the negatives if I could."
