About:
Aaron P. Gaddis is the seasoned Colorado Springs attorney at Gaddis Law with an extensive background in criminal defense litigation and over a decade of professional experience. He has appeared in Court and fought for his clients and their rights thousands of times, ranging from homicide to sexual assault to driving under the influence, with countless contested hearings and trials behind him. Through successful negotiations, the pre-trial process, and successful motion hearings, he has saved his clients from lengthy prison sentences. He knows that when clients come in with criminal charges, it is likely the lowest point in their lives, and he strives to be there for those clients in need – not only as an attorney, but also as a confident and zealous advocate of each client’s constitutional and statutory rights.

"Working with Gaddis law has been the best experience I've ever had with attorneys! Aaron is phenomenal at his job and he genuinely cares about his clients. He has a good heart and a plethora of knowledge and he is not afraid of the opposing offices! He will go above and beyond for every one of his clients no matter how big or small a case is. Not only is he a good lawyer but he is a good person! He is very professional and knows how to break down and simplify the details of a case so that anyone without a law degree can understand even the most complex details. I refer everyone I know to Aaron and his team and I will continue to do so as long as he is practicing law. His team is a genuine reflection of him and they all are very professional and courteous. No judgment, no bull crap. Only sincerity and success. Thank you Aaron for everything you've done for me!"

"Aaron and his team are absolutely exceptional! From start to finish they were top notch to work with. They explained the process to me, walked me through any questions that I had about my case, and communicated clearly through each step. As a result my case concluded with a much better outcome than I had ever expected. I want to thank them sincerely for their efforts. If you would like to hire a law firm that truly cares and will work hard for you, I would highly recommend you go see Aaron."

"Super disappointed in Mr. Gaddis, his team, and communication. Initially, we reached out to Mr. Gaddis during a family crisis with our daughter. It took five days to hear from him. He apologized profusely and dropped his rate from $4500 flat fee to $3500 to represent our daughter in a misdemeanor case. We paid in full, up front. He did contact her and coach her through her first court appearance. He represented her in that first appearance that lasted a few minutes. Other than that, it was very difficult to get a hold of him when we had questions. I tried to leave voicemails and his mailbox was full, so I would send a text or email and go days without hearing back until I reached out again. The same thing happened with an email I sent his paralegal. I went days waiting for a response and finally got one when I reached out again. Everyone is allowed to make mistakes, but this was a consistent pattern. After that first court appearance, our daughter got in trouble again, but this time we were the victims and she was given a court appointed lawyer. Mr Gaddis had indicated he would be fair in his charges when I asked about paying an hourly rate vs a flat fee before we hired him. He indicated that is he didn’t need to do much, we could look at that. Since he worked so little on her case, I was hoping he would be honest and work with us, retuning a portion of what we paid him. He and his staff have avoided accepting a certified letter we sent, and have not responded to an email that was sent either. Clearly, he got our money, did very little, and now won’t interact with us. I’d think hard about if that is the service you want to help you through something so important and possibly life changing."
