"The way they treat their clients is poor. They disconnect the call when you call them and ask to talk. They speak over you instead of hearing what you have to say. They screen your calls so they don’t need to answer you. You can leave them handful of voicemail and NOT one callback received. They tell you something then when you mention it again they turn around and say they never said that. Fun game to play when it comes to legal issues.DO NOT USE THEM."

"This is the third time they have "professionally" raped me of everything. .I have called and tried but they ignored so they could take my back account .. my income tax and then yet again my entire bank account all within 5 months.. and yet I've always been willing to pay my dues... so I guess me at homeless(63) and jobless pays better than just an update"

"Very rude to people when they try see if they can get a refund when they paid more then what was agreed by both debtor and collector. They tell you that you're behind in payments when actually you're not cause you pay before the date the payment is suppose to be paid. And plus they get mouthy with clients and hangup on them."
